About Culinary Conspiracy¬†Catering in Ottawa
Culinary Conspiracy began in¬†2003 with the ethos of¬† providing gourmet take home meals using local seasonal ingredients.¬† After a decade, our belief hasn‚Äôt changed and we apply it to as many of our products as we can.
Patrick headed to Ghana in 1997 for a two year volunteer contract with the Red Cross Society. Upon completion of his contract, Patrick decided to remain in Ghana and open a sports bar.¬†¬† After eleven great years, Patrick sold his business to the Stellar Group and accepted a position as their General Manager of Hospitality. Over the next four years Patrick created various businesses for the Group including a hotel, apartment complex, restaurant, and delicatessen.¬† In 2012, with 15 years of hospitality experience, Patrick decided to return home to Canada with his family and begin a new entrepreneurial adventure as the owner of Culinary Conspiracy.
Koren Thomas M√ľller
Koren began her career studying Culinary Arts in her hometown of Winnipeg MB. After graduation, she apprenticed at the Winnipeg Art Gallery and continued on to The Manitoba Club under Chef¬†Bernard Mirlycourtois. Upon completion of her apprenticeship, Koren accepted a position at Caf√© del la Paz in Berkeley C.A. where she swiftly moved from front of house management to managing the catering department. ¬†Bidding a fond farewell to California, Koren and her husband moved to Vancouver where she resumed her cooking career at The Lazy Gourmet catering company. Koren and her husband decided to start a family and chose Ottawa as their new home. Koren was delighted to accept the position as Catering Manager at Culinary Conspiracy in 2009 and hasn‚Äôt looked back!
Annalea is an integral part of Culinary Conspiracy‚Äôs catering team with her background in Hotel & Restaurant Management.¬† After working 5 years in the Hospitality industry, Annalea decided to expand her knowledge, and return to school and begin studies in Financial Management.¬† Today, Annalea is able to incorporate her interest in hospitality and accounting to provide administrative and financial support as Culinary Conspiracy‚Äôs Administration Manager.
Neil is the driving force behind the wide variety of Culinary‚Äôs delicious food that incorporate seasonal ingredients designed to impress.¬†¬†Neil‚Äôs interest in food began in the early 1990‚Äôs, when he rushed home each day after school to observe his father prepare dinner.¬†¬†¬†The rustic style of his father‚Äôs cooking is what inspired Neil to develop his cuisine into what it is today.¬†¬†Neil‚Äôs culinary style focuses on bringing out the flavour of each ingredient whether he is preparing a Classic French dish or something with a Southern Soul influence.¬†¬†Neil has created distinct menus that showcase approachable yet inventive cuisine.
