Each of our creations are as distinct as the heritage grains flavoring them.  These special grains are grown and milled by organic farmers in Ontario who are committed nutrition, sustainability and long-term agricultural diversity.

The focus of Evelyn’s Crackers is to introduce these special grains and provide a delicious link from the grower to the consumer. And in particular, to be a reminder that food tastes best when eaten within a local food community.
